Usage and billing
Your plan covers the platform, all functionality and unlimited contacts (most platforms charge you for every contact you store, even ones you never message or who sit in no active workflow), and it includes the AI tools. Running them draws on your monthly usage, which your allowance covers first, then it is pay as you go, so AI usage, email and SMS charges apply based on volume. Want no per-use AI fees? On Solo or Growing you can add Unlimited AI for $247/month, switched on any time from inside your account and activated by us, and it is included on Ultimate.

What does "Unlimited Contacts" really mean?
We don't charge per contact. You can store 100 or 100,000 contacts in your CRM at no extra cost. On top of your subscription, AI usage, email and SMS are charged based on volume. Email sending is charged per send and is also subject to limits based on your sender reputation, and SMS is charged at standard carrier rates.
Are there any setup fees?
No. You can set up your entire account yourself for free. If you need a "Done-For-You" migration or custom setup, our Ultimate plan covers this, or you can book a one-time service call.
