1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Billing and usage

Your subscription covers access to the platform, all features in your plan and unlimited contacts. In addition to your monthly subscription, usage-based charges apply for outbound communications and AI features, including text messages sent, emails sent, AI voice minutes and AI content generation. These charges are based on your actual volume of use. Growing Team plans include a $20 monthly usage allowance, applied to these charges. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Unlimited AI is an optional upgrade available on any plan, at the price shown in your account when you switch it on. Unlimited AI removes per-use charges on AI features and is subject to fair use limits. It does not remove charges for text messages, emails and call minutes, which are still based on volume.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AlbertGen and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
